Atlanta, GA – Feb. 18, 2022, Today
Noelle Beverly, a classically trained singer, and Recording Academy member, released a new single: “Distant Lover.” Written and produced by artist Daniel Bryant, the tune tells the relatable story of what it feels like to yearn for someone who is out of reach. The soulful track features accomplished Atlanta artist Olan Kidd and takes listeners on a romantic journey that blends passionate lyrics with an addicting melody.
“Love ties are strong, but distance can still take a toll on many couples. Few relationships can truly withstand the test of time. I wanted to share the power of that feeling,” she says when reflecting on what inspired the romantic song. “Distant Lover” connects with various audiences, especially fans of R&B and individuals who have experienced the highs and lows of long-distance dating.
The song is the singer’s second crossover track, the first being the highly-praised visual project, Caught Up. A true student of music, Beverly continues to combine her musical education and passion through her artistry. After recently releasing the holiday covers “O Holy Night” and originally written “It’s Christmas Time,” Noelle has redirected her focus to completing her EP, Caught Up. “I am excited for listeners to connect with Distant Lover and everything else that will be on the new project,” she says.
Distant Lover is available for pre-order now on iTunes and Spotify.
